Do you need multiple contract reviews? Enjoy 20% off your 2nd contract review, 30% off your 3rd and 40% off your 4th or more.*

Conveyancing ‘Single’

If we complete a contract review for you and you also need conveyancing on a different property, you’re eligible for a 5% discount on our legal fees.**

What is conveyancing?
It refers to everything that needs to be checked, searched, signed, and certified to make you the new legal owner of a property or land. Why do I need a contract review?
If you want to purchase a property its best to get a professional look over the contract before committing to the sale. Our team will review the contract for you and make sure you know all the ins and outs so you’re not signing something with hidden clauses or unwanted surprises.
What is considered a multiple transaction?
If you are buying and selling a property at the same time that is a multiple transaction. If you are buying or selling more than one property that is also considered a multiple transaction.
